To enhance product research and development, we have established a technology R&D center in collaboration with the Institute of Process Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy and Bioprocess Technology, and Shenyang University of Chemical Technology. Each year, 5% of our annual sales revenue is dedicated to R&D investment. Our research center is equipped with over 60 advanced research and testing instruments, along with a team of more than 10 experienced professionals. We are committed to staying at the forefront of powder, flame retardant, and masterbatch production and applications, creating new projects in partnership with leading domestic and international universities and research institutes
R&D Advantages
Located in Haicheng, known as China's talc and magnesite capital, we benefit from abundant local resources, which not only facilitates production but also accelerates research into material properties. Drawing on these advantages, we actively collaborate with domestic and international experts to continuously improve and innovate. Our technology center has developed advanced products such as magnesium-silicate composite fillers, low-magnetic talc, functional masterbatch, high-fill masterbatch, eco-friendly halogen-free flame retardants, and halogen-free flame-retardant wood-plastic composites. These products undergo rigorous testing by national authorities and meet SGS and RoHS technical standards.
R&D Achievements
Our R&D Center is committed to market-driven innovation, supported by national, provincial, and municipal scientific initiatives. Over the next three years, we aim to achieve five major technological breakthroughs recognized as leading domestically and advanced internationally. In addition, we expect to secure five new product patents, with all intellectual property rights held by our company. Currently, we hold nine proprietary invention patents, have more than ten patents under review, and have successfully converted two significant technological achievements into commercial products, alongside seven key new product developments.
