Our production facilities are organized into three main workshops: one for powder processing, another for granulation, and flame retardants. Following strict "6S" standards, we ensure efficient and safe production with over 20 modern machines in operation and a team of 60 skilled technicians. In 2023, we upgraded the workshops, adding six new production lines in the granulation section and implementing robotic systems in the powder workshop to improve packaging and palletizing efficiency.
This 10,000-square-meter area is dedicated to granulation processes, equipped with advanced machinery for feeding, mixing, extrusion, and packaging. With a production capacity of 30,000 tons per year, we maintain rigorous quality control, checking product consistency every two hours.
Our powder processing workshop, covers 20,000 square meters, and it’s equipped for handling crushing, fine grinding, and processing raw materials. The automated packaging system ensures efficient and consistent output, contributing to an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons. Regular hourly checks ensure product quality and stability throughout the process.
We offer customizable packaging solutions tailored to our clients’ needs, including reinforced packaging for long-distance shipping. Various formats are available, such as small packages in jumbo bags and plastic sealing for additional protection.
Standard Packaging
- After recent upgrades, the warehouse is now equipped with temperature and humidity control systems that ensure consistent monitoring
- Ventilation and air exchange measures are in place to maintain optimal humidity levels for safe storage
- Strict fire safety regulations are followed on-site, with proper fire extinguishing equipment and hydrants strategically located throughout the warehouse
- Clear and detailed labeling is used on all products, including product names, batch numbers, and quantities. Inventory is managed efficiently following the first-in, first-out principle and tracked through the ERP system
- Goods are stacked securely with height limits in place to prevent collapse. The warehouse is routinely cleaned and maintained to ensure that all systems, including temperature and humidity controls, function effectively
