About Us

Established in 1997, Liaoning Jinghua New Material Inc. is located in the renowned industrial region of Haicheng, Liaoning Province, an area known as the "Land of Talc" and the "Magnesium Capital of the World." We specialize in talc powder, halogen-free flame retardants, and functional masterbatches, offering products used in various industries such as plastics, rubber, paints, ceramics, food, cosmetics, cables, pipes, and electronics. Our manufacturing facility covers 38,000 square meters and employs over 100 professionals. With over 30 years of experience in processing inorganic powders, we operate more than 20 automatic production lines, achieving an annual production capacity of over 100,000 tons.

1997: Established Haicheng Jinghua Micropowder Factory, focusing on talc production
1998: Opened the first domestic sales office, laying the foundation for future growth
1999: Secured export rights and entered international markets

R&D

To enhance product research and development, we have established a technology R&D center in collaboration with the Institute of Process Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy and Bioprocess Technology, and Shenyang University of Chemical Technology. Each year, 5% of our annual sales revenue is dedicated to R&D investment. Our research center is equipped with over 60 advanced research and testing instruments, along with a team of more than 10 experienced professionals.
