Functional Masterbatch
Functional masterbatch is a type of granular material that incorporates specific additives, like pigments, dyes, antistatic agents, antibacterial agents, and flame retardants, into a carrier resin. This process ensures that the additives, which are typically challenging to evenly disperse in plastics, are distributed more uniformly. By using masterbatch technology, these additives enhance the plastic’s performance, giving it targeted functionalities. With nearly 30 years of experience in producing various masterbatches, we also offer custom solutions tailored to your specific needs.
PP filler masterbatch is produced using PP as the carrier resin, combined with dispersing agents and special additives, followed by surface activation and extrusion. This masterbatch enhances the rigidity and heat resistance of PP products, improving surface smoothness and gloss.

We formulated HDPE masterbatches to enhance the production of double-wall corrugated pipes, utilizing high-density polyethylene as the carrier along with ultra-fine inorganic fillers and functional additives. It improves both the strength and flexibility of the pipes, ensuring they can withstand significant pressure and stretching without breaking, even in demanding environments.
