Advantages Over PVC Masterbatch

The lower density of the PP flame retardant masterbatch (0.90-0.95) compared to PVC (1.3-1.5) makes PP-based flooring significantly lighter. This reduces transportation and installation challenges, making it more efficient for large-scale projects. In fact, using PP masterbatch can reduce flooring weight by 20% to 30%, a considerable advantage over PVC alternatives
