• Balanced performance design: Particle size D50 = 5 μm with advanced surface modification. At a loading of only 120 phr, the material achieves UL94 V-0 rating. Excellent compatibility with base resins ensures a tensile strength retention rate above 90%.
• Production support: Customized extrusion process parameters eliminated surface defects, increasing extrusion speed by 15%.
